Dr. Sundeep Rai, MD, M.Sc., FRCSC, FACS, is the Founder of the Canadian Place Endoscopy Clinic. Dr. Rai opened the clinic’s door in 2009; very quickly, Canadian Place Endoscopy has become a respected outpatient clinic dedicated to performing colonoscopies and gastroscopies in a professional and relaxing environment.
Dr. Rai is an established and highly skilled trauma surgeon with over 25 years of experience in Endoscopy. He is well-regarded in the community, earning numerous accolades for his quality and patient-centred care.
Dr. Rai takes great pride in being on the Faculty at the University of Toronto. He is known to be a superb teacher and contributes to the teaching of medical students and surgical trainees. Dr. Rai is a general surgeon in Acute Care Surgery at Trillium Health Partners.
