Most patients cannot tolerate the sensation of having an endoscope in their throats, so we provide conscious sedation in the form of Propofol. This gentle sedative lets you fall asleep quickly and wake up without dizziness associated with other anesthesia.
The procedure usually takes 15 minutes, and you can leave our clinic within an hour.
