This was my first procedure at Canadian Place Endoscopy, and I was very nervous. The staff, nurses and doctors were very caring and compassionate. They made me feel as comfortable as possible. A very pleasant experience ☺️

All the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable before and after the procedure. There are also 3 staff at the procedure room so that makes you even more comfortable.

This clinic was amazing from the first interaction to book the appointment … to my numerous calls asking questions … to my doctor asking questions they were pleasant never annoyed and always called me back right away . I had specific questions from my doctor for the gastroenterologist and they ensured to speak with him and get back to me the same day . The day of the procedure the receptionist answered all my questions and Vera was my nurse and she was amazing … I barely felt the needle go in for the IV ! She was so calm and pleasant and both the anesthesiologist and the Gastroenterologist were super friendly and ensured I knew why I was there and asked thorough questions . The process was so quick I didn’t even think it started and it was already done ! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone ! Keep up the amazing work! We need more health care workers like this clinic who value and appreciate their patients !
